What information is needed for a quote?

Tell us the numbers or countries you need, user count, call volumes, existing system and how you want calls to be handled.

Can I connect my existing phone system?

We discuss SIP trunking compatibility and configuration before activation. A virtual PBX can also be planned around your team’s requirements.

What is the difference between 0800 and 0900?

0800 is free for the caller within the confirmed service coverage. 0900 is for premium-rate services with a tariff that must be communicated to callers. Terms are confirmed before activation.

Can I manage calls across several locations?

Numbers, virtual PBX and routing rules can be configured around teams, hours and locations. Neofone coordinates the agreed setup and management.

How do I get help with an existing service?
