Terms of use

These terms govern use of the Neofone website, its content and enquiry channels. They do not replace a telecommunications service contract, quotation or service-specific conditions.

Neofone is a company registered in Albania. The electronic communications regulator is AKEP. Applicable registration and authorisations may be checked with the relevant authorities; referring to them does not imply approval of every website statement.

2. Service information and enquiries

The website helps you explore services and discuss your requirements with our team. A description, contact form or quotation request does not activate a service, reserve a telephone number or itself create a contract or payment obligation.

Coverage, number availability, features, capacity, timing and technical or regulatory requirements are confirmed for each case. Activation may require identification documents, verification of usage rights and a separate agreement.

3. Pricing and commercial conditions

Read any displayed rate with its accompanying explanation: currency, billing unit, VAT inclusion or exclusion, activation fees, usage charges and relevant restrictions. If these details are not specified, request a complete quotation before deciding.

The prices and obligations applicable to you are those confirmed in the relevant quotation and agreement, in accordance with the law. A contact enquiry is not acceptance of a price.

4. Responsible use

Use the website for lawful enquiries and provide accurate information to the extent needed. Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security measures, distribute malicious code, overload systems or use forms for abusive or unsolicited messages.

Descriptions of SMS, telephone numbers, AI or call-management services do not authorise spam, fraud, privacy violations or unlawful recording. Their use requires compliance with the law and service-specific conditions.

5. Content and brand

Website branding, logos, text and materials are protected by the relevant rights of Neofone or its licensors. You may read and keep copies for internal information and service evaluation. This does not grant a licence to use the brand, republish material commercially or represent yourself as acting for Neofone without authorisation.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience or information. Neofone does not administer their content or practices. Check the external service’s terms before providing information.

Maintenance, interruptions or inaccuracies requiring correction may occur. Where information is material to your decision, ask our team to confirm it before relying on it. Guaranteed service levels are specified only in the relevant agreement. This section does not exclude liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Privacy and communication

Personal-information handling is explained in the Privacy policy; device storage in the Cookie policy. Reading these terms is not consent to marketing or processing requiring a separate choice.

8. Questions, complaints and updates

For a website complaint, send us a description of the issue and the details needed to reply. Service complaints should also follow the relevant agreement’s procedure. Your right to approach AKEP, the data protection Commissioner or other competent bodies, as applicable to the matter and law, is not restricted.

These website terms are interpreted under applicable Albanian law without affecting mandatory protections available to you. Updates are reflected in the date on this page and do not automatically amend an existing service contract.
